Luigi Arsenio Brugnola

Luigi Arsenio Brugnola was born in Montone on 25 August 1870. After graduating in Perugia, he devoted himself to the medical profession and university teaching without, however, ever neglecting his research work.

He was a socialist deputy for a term, and spokesman for the validation of the royal decree for the appointment of graduates in medicine and surgery as reserve medical officers.
